Abstract

Metaverse is the next generation of the Internet, which represents the development direction and development trend of the Internet. The economic system of the Metaverse is completely rule-based. Its basic elements are virtual currency, NFT and smart contracts. With these basic elements, rules-based economic systems and distributed autonomous organizations（DAO） can be built.

Bio

Doctor of Management, Associate Professor of the Department of Management Information System, Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiaotong University, mainly engaged in the research of management information system and e-commerce. He has participated in the development of a number of national key software projects, and has successively won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of the National Education Commission's Science and Technology Progress Award, and the first prize of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government Science and Technology Progress Award. He is currently serving as the Shanghai Municipal Government Procurement Consultant and a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the People's Government of Xuhui District.
