Abstract
Data elements, as the fifth major production factor, maximize value through "external circulation" and integration across entities. This shift disrupts traditional security based on trust in operational entities, marking the advent of the cryptographic era. In cryptographic state, data remains invisible to all except the key holder. Cryptographic computing, leveraging cryptography, trusted hardware, and system security, ensures data usability while maintaining invisibility. Results stay encrypted, supporting complex computations and full-link security, preventing leakage and misuse. Given the risks of plaintext data circulation, a secure, cost-effective, and graded cryptographic data flow, fusion computing, and application delivery model is inevitable. Cryptographic computing will become the key form of computing for trustworthy data circulation.
