Abstract:

Focusing on rare pediatric endocrine and metabolic disorders including Alström syndrome, Congenital Disorders of Glycosylation (CDG), and monogenic diabetes, this presentation shares the full course of our medical research: starting from clinically challenging cases, we employ technologies such as genetic testing to identify pathogenic gene variants, decipher the underlying molecular pathogenic mechanisms, and ultimately achieve precision diagnosis and individualized treatment for these disorders.
