On March 18, a delegation of 43 teachers and students from Xianghui Academy of Fudan University visited Zhiyuan College to explore the development of the academy system and strategies for cultivating innovative talents. The Zhiyuan College representatives included Executive Deputy Dean He Feng, Deputy CPC Secretary Wu Xiaoling, and Deputy Dean Zhou Dongzhuo.

Zhou Lian, Deputy Director of the Zhiyuan Innovative Research Center (ZIRC), introduced the center’s history, core initiatives, and educational achievements. The students were divided into four groups to visit the center’s laboratory, where they observed demonstrations of advanced scientific instruments.

The representatives from both colleges convened for in-depth discussions. Li Bing, Director of the Office of Cooperation and Exchange, delivered a presentation highlighting Zhiyuan College’s history, educational features, and achievements. The participants engaged in detailed conversations covering interdisciplinary talent cultivation, course design, management mechanisms, and the application of digital technologies such AI in teaching. During the discussion, the representatives of Participants from Xianghui Academy of Fudan University exchanged valuable insights regarding the development of elite programs and innovative educational models.

After the discussions, the delegation toured the student dormitories of Zhiyuan College. An academic exchange event, "Zhi Jiao · Wun Dao," was organized, featuring presentations by students from both Zhiyuan College and Xianghui Academy. The interactive session was lively, with students actively engaging in discussions.

The visit concluded with a strong expression of mutual appreciation. Both sides emphasized the value of this exchange and expressed their enthusiasm for further collaboration in the future.
