As an important cornerstone of the industrial system, CNC machines have been widely used in key fields such as aerospace, shipbuilding, nuclear power, and automobiles. However, due to the lack of precision retention and reliability, there is a supply-demand contradiction in China's CNC machine field. Focusing on AI for degradation modeling and intelligent assembly line fault diagnosis of CNC machine equipment, this study investigates the data perception technologies of machine performance degradation supported by the "end-edge-cloud" collaborative framework, proposes a dual drive machine tool fault collaborative diagnosis technology of failure mechanism modeling and data transfer learning, and researches the active maintenance technology of assembly line supported by real-time state evaluation and accurate life prediction. On this basis, this study develops an intelligent operation & maintenance (O&M) method application system for high service reliability, effectively supporting the improvement of indicators such as fault free operation time and comprehensive efficiency of intelligent assembly lines for domestic CNC machines.
