Abstract

We’ve grown used to staying up late cramming for exams and rushing to meet deadlines, and to toughing it out amid multiple pressures. We chase the future yet overlook our own exhaustion。 we demand ourselves to be strong yet feel lost when swept up by stress. Today, no big lectures. Drawing on positive psychology, let’s explore together: How to regain psychological relaxation under high pressure, practice emotional self‑compassion, pull ourselves out of tension, discover our strengths and beauty, and make our youth not only powerful but also warm.
