Recently, Zhiyuan College welcomed leading delegates from three colleges, including: Qian Xuesen College, Nanjing University of Science and Technology; The UESTC Talents Experimental College, University of Electronic Science and Technology; The College of Life Science, Northeast Normal University.

Zhiyuan representative introduced its development history, faculty team construction, enrollment policies and characteristics, as well as international exchanges to the visiting guests, providing a brief overview of the institute's development status and future vision.

During the in-depth discussions, representatives from both sides exchanged thoughts and ideas on the selection and dynamic admission mechanisms for outstanding innovative talents, internationalized education, interdisciplinary training, construction of management systems and mechanisms, mentorship for outstanding talents, innovative training in scientific research practice for outstanding talents, and continuous tracking and support for graduates’ growth. 

The visiting guests expressed that the visits have deepened mutual understanding in the cultivation of top talents in basic disciplines, and mentioned that they look forward to enhancing communication and interaction with Zhiyuan College further, and delegates from both sides mentioned to carry out multi-faceted cooperation in the future to promote the sharing of high-quality resources, innovate training models, and to continuously improve the quality of talent cultivation in the "Outstanding Program 2.0".
